3 Bed /2 Bath, This home is situated in the perfect vacation rental location.  No vehicle is needed, though there is a two car garage available.  Just a few steps from the front door is the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Relax on the beach while never straying too far from your very own beach home.  The excitement of Mission Beach is also nearby. This area offers numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. For entertainment ideal for all ages, Belmont Park has a wooden roller-coaster, mini golf, arcade, and wave house.  If you’re looking for more peaceful outdoor activities, you can walk across to the bay side where you can play in the tranquil water.  Beach equipment rental companies are located throughout Mission Beach where you can rent bicycles, paddle boards, surfboard, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys and so much more.
     The lower level of this home offers a two car tandem garage equipped with a washer/dryer.  The bathroom is spacious with tub/shower combo and dual vanity. One bedroom has a queen size bed.  The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed with a double on bottom and twin on top. The bunk room has easy access to the ground floor patio and BBQ grill.
     The second floor of this three level town home is the family gathering area. The open floor plan provides seamless entertaining possibilities. The kitchen has three seats at the counter while the dining table has four seats and a long bench. Additionally, there is a cocktail table with two seats in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessities for home cooked meals including an electric stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room is outfitted with a large flat screen cable TV and Blu-Ray player.  For your relaxation, there is a comfortable three person couch and single seat with ottoman. This level has a small balcony and entry way to the first level patio.
     The third floor features an incredibly comfortable master suite that is completely away from the other bedrooms.  Two skylights over the bed open to allow in a great deal of natural light and cool ocean breezes.  The en-suite bathroom features a large rain shower.  This floor also has its very own private balcony boasting the best view in the home.  Look left and you can see the cool blue ocean, look straight and you can see the iconic beach side wooden roller coaster. Parking in this area is extremely limited, but the home features a two car tandem garage.  The dimensions of the garage are approximately 6.5' H x 8' W x 24' L.  Please be certain your vehicle/s will fit within these dimensions as we will not be responsible for finding alternate parking accommodations.
