The family room opens up onto the outdoor living area which may be the centerpiece of this home and makes this a vacation rental like no other. When you step outside you’ll be treated to a magnificent rebuilt pool and 10 person spa with waterfalls. The pool is complete with solar heating and state of the art PENTAIR pool pumps and equipment. You and the kids will enjoy lounging on pool floats or relaxing in the comfortable chaise lounges soaking up the famous Southern California sun. In addition to your own private waterpark there is a gourmet stainless steel fully equipped BBQ and outdoor gas fireplace for your family and friends to gather around at night. You’ll find plenty of outdoor seating with room for 6 at the BBQ bar and seating for 4 more at the table located above on the wrap-around balcony accessible from the pool via the spiral staircase. From this spacious balcony you’ll be blown away by the incredible views of the mountains, downtown, Coronado, the Pacific Ocean and during certain times- breathtaking fireworks displays. This is the best spot in town during the Fourth of July because you’ll witness coordinated fireworks displays from 4 separate locations throughout the city. The outdoor space is exceptional and provides the PERFECT setting for weddings, receptions, and any other event you can dream up. The word entertainment and indoor/outdoor living defines this residence.

You’ll be pleased with the array of spacious sleeping arrangements offered by this residence. The entire upstairs is a master suite with sitting area comprised of comfortable sectional and 52” projection screen TV. This is the perfect place for quiet time or romance away from the rest of the guest. This suite also boast a CA King bed, stunning bath, huge closets, and wrap around decks which emphasize the spectacular views of America's Finest City's ever changing downtown.

The entry level of this home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Two of the bedrooms include queen beds, with one of these rooms featuring French doors opening directly onto the pool area. The 3rd bedroom includes bunk beds- a single above a futon which easily converts into a full size mattress. This room’s windows open to the sound of the cascading waterfall in the front yard.

The lower level of the home features the largest bedroom which includes a private entrance, separate sitting area, CA king bed, huge closet, and a very cool and quiet atmosphere perfect for those who like to sleep in…
