4 bed / 4 bath  This luxury ocean front building is in the preferred area of South Mission.  The home sits directly on the sand.  The ocean front home is lovely and offers spectacular views of South Mission Beach.  It features two  ocean front balconies, a shared downstairs ocean front patio with built-in gas barbecue, 12 foot ceilings, four sky lights, four decorative leaded glass windows (one of humming birds, one of fish and two of ocean scenes), Italian tile throughout, three flat screen TVs connected to cable and one VCR, very special bathrooms (master with both a jetted tub and a separate shower with his and her shower heads), wireless high speed Internet access, large master bedroom (14 feet by 17 feet), all linens and bath towels, an in-unit washer and dryer, a private 2 car garage with in tandem parking for two cars, a very well-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, new granite counter-tops and new cabinetry in the kitchen, a disposal, coffee grinder, food processor, etc.), and a dining area surrounded by nearly 180 degrees of glass with panoramic views so it is as if the outside has been brought inside.
     The lower unit is also special.  It has one ocean front balcony, a completely remodeled kitchen featuring granite countertops and cabinets and new stainless steel appliances, a large master bedroom of about 14 by 17 feet, a magnificent master bath with a large soaking tub (large enough for at least two people), a separate shower with his and her shower heads, a balcony off the master and a large second bathroom with white and cobalt blue tile. The furniture is also new from the exclusive Lawrence furniture company and features black leather couches and a marvelous Italian glass top dining table surrounded by cream leather chairs.  The lower unit also has three TVs connected to cable, high speed internet access, all linens and bath towels (beach towels are not provided), an in-unit washer and dryer, a private 2 car garage with in tandem parking for two cars, a very well-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee grinder, food processor, etc.).
     We have a very child friendly environment with covers on all the unused electric outlets, beach toys (pails, shovels, balls, Frisbee), and children's books (Dr. Seuss) and some videos.
     Each unit is 1300 square feet for a total of 2600 sq feet of living space (this is "large" for an oceanfront unit). Each master has a Cal king size bed and the 2nd and 4th bedrooms have two extra large twins beds in the other bedroom.  Each bedroom has a bath (also rare for Mission Beach).  There are also 4 Euro Loungers in the home, 2 per living room, sleeping 4 people.  The home owners are environmentally conscious and do not use toxic pesticides or harsh cleaning chemicals.  The downstairs twin beds are organic cotton.
     NOTE:  Only fragrance free cleaning products are used.  Dryer sheets that contain Formaldehyde, a well known carcinogen are not used and guests are not permitted to use.  This home is a smart choice for guests wishing to minimize allergens.
     2645 & 2647 Ocean Front Walk are located in South Mission Beach, well south of Belmont Park. North Mission is a more crowded. South Mission is more spacious.  The boardwalk begins in the 2900 block of Mission Beach, so this home sits directly on the sand which is extremely rare for Mission Beach.
